Welcome to GVCC school age program where learning, exploring and building friendships are never ending! Our school age program operates from 7:00- 9:00 am and 3:15 - 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Free play, crafts, seasonal activities, clubs, special projects, outdoor time and gym time are some of the activities your child will enjoy as a participant in the program. This program has a maximum enrollment of 45 children with a 1:15 staff/child ratio. Encouraging independence and cooperative play in a stimulating, diverse and interactive environment will provide each child with the opportunity to grow in confidence and skill.
Special Projects and Clubs
Opportunities will be provided throughout the school year for your child to join creative art, games, yoga, dance, science and cooking clubs. The centre provides full day care and programming on school in-service days from 7 am- 6 pm. Field trips, in centre visitors and special lunches are offered in addition to the regular curriculum. With a full day for learning and fun...the possibilities are endless!
